Received the following email which I thought you and others might be interested in reading, doesn't say a lot though:

Thanks for all your comments and the link to the iii site.

Noted your comments about search and this is something that we have addressed and are continually looking at.

As there are 3 people here who do this compared to the armies at ASOS we are on an uphill journey. As I explained we have tagged a lot more key words to the product to get it up the google ranks. Our main focus has been in areas that we actually sell in rather than the more generic terms. If you look at clothing ASOS is there along with other very big players, with neither us nor any competitors there. I understand that this would give us an advantage but we are working our way through all this.

Thorpy what has been said agrees with much of what you have said in response to my postings, but I'm still of the opinion that the Internet Marketing side of the business has not been and is not being used to it's full potential.

There isn't even a language converter on the website for people from abroad who might stumble on the site by accident, because at the moment, by accident is the only way to find it!!!!

I felt a civilised response to his previous post apt. The guy's financially hurting. I don't believe in kicking someone when already on the floor.

We all make investment mistakes. Lloyd's post shows someone who can not only own up to his errors but then take it on the chin.

His post took courage to write. For that alone, he deserves some respect.

LLoyd - in light of what you have just said, everything that was written about you appears true. Rich boy amateurs like you should never buy shares let alone be allowed on a bulletin board to ramp them up. Your unending optimism and apparent inside knowledge will have suckered some people in to this share - who will also have lost money and for that reason alone you are a little shi*e.

Having bought early on I rather hoped they would do well when Jess Luthi was around, but after she walked away it should have been obvious to me that it was only going one way. So I lost a few grand.
