There is no question about it in that this remains a gamble and if invested here you could lose it all. That said, I remain of the opinion that they will implement the proposals as detailed and that in due course buying the stock whilst out of favour could be well rewarded. If they don't pull it off then I will accept it and move on but meanwhile I am happy to have some money at risk here for the potential upside come the end of this year / early next.

Planning will be granted for the corus site subject to the S106 legal documents being signed. As of last friday it hadn't been handed to the council......

Well FWIW reading the last update it struck me as a statement of what they will be doing, rather than what they hope to do. I took that as being a positive, time tell will tell if this is so.

Noticed ya trades....then noticed the buy/sell prices.....so bought 100k @ 0.525p.....sold em back for 0.55p....making me a fast fiver.....LOL

PS....I too have been picking a few 100k up over last few weeks....

I just have a gut feeling.....it will come good....

guys my simple bet has been if banks wanted to take them out they have had all year to do so??? so now will we get a placing done? or will some assets be sold??? either way 3 options we get loans and rerate....or we get pulled or we continue as we are and that gives us time to get some assets out to reduce debt and restucture???...so personally had 600k plus from 1p levels...and taken 750k at 0.525p..if they do a placing much lower will then will buy if share price drops down and leave for a while for us to rerate....property like many sectors is cyclical...

i remmeber leaving the tech stock crash lossing £70k ...10 years hard graft savings...and thinking never buy tech stocks and they are back in...so time to buy property is now and over coming couple of years as no one wants them...as when they come back in flavour...is the time to make 10 baggers as everyonelse will come in much higher levels.:) gl i've put my money where my mouth is...

o/t 2 stocks to look at vmp...and ads(mentioned ads yesterday)...very hard to buy in volume ..have to do it over phone and offer 0.01p premium and mange to take s stake..see it hitting 1p in short term gl

WW,yes,true but as comedy said,it w`d gone bust by now and banks are waiting as we are about that deal that will reduce debt.....i think is just a matter of few days more,imo.
