Fair enough but you should think about how you word your L2, at the very best
L2 and high of the day there was still 4 mm's under 1p so it was never as good
as you made out.

If the company really want this to fly they should announce a deal with the banks and a placing at a PREMIUM to the share price. They won't but that would really set the market alight.

The L2 had not changed for a few mins before and after your post.

One mm XCAP was quoting 1.05p and you used that to totally mislead
in your post.

We can get the quote change times if you wish Kish.

Just remember that other people with L2 can read and check and see
when people make a very misleading post about L2.

I have no longer got L2 so am not aware it was a blatant lie, I bought this on a heads/tails good/bad news bet couple of months ago and am now happy I made the right decision.

Thanks for that. All I can say on the subject is what I read from the half yearly report that they needed the bank to sign it off so someone must have needed their backing (and got it by the looks of things!)

I guess as the share price bounces about we will attract the BB idiots, best to ignore or filter in my experience. Not getting into a slanging match with them is the best idea!

As I'm sure the most novice of people will be aware, L2 prices are subject to change and those prices are what they were at the time of my posting. If you go back now, you'll see yours have even changed. Quite simple really and the post was a mere reflection of prices at that point.

By the way, the fact it's got this far means we are still going for the forseeable future and hence the buys today in 100k chunks. Someone didn't want to alert the market in one hit early this morning.

stuart, in my experience s106 agreements are signed off by the legal dept of the local authority that has given planning, and the developers legal team.
I would have to guess that the local authority want assurances regarding the funding from the bankers before the drains, sewers, roads and affordables are started.

Happy to hear any other more knowledgable theories.

Something that crossed my mind over the weeekend (newcastle fan so what a weekend!!)

The s106 legal document that we found out was being handed to Allerale council next month had to be signed off by the banks

"The terms of the s.106 agreement have been finalised and it is currently
awaiting signature by the banks"

(Above from the half yearly report).

This hopefully shows support from the banks.
