East Star Resources Plc (LSE:EST), the Kazakhstan-focused gold and copper explorer, has been notified that Alex Walker, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has transferred 5,200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in his own name to his Individual Savings Account ("ISA").
As a result, Alex Walker's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 20,024,522 Ordinary Shares.
