Eastman is throwing up various red flags when you look below the surface. Has followed Peter Landau from company to company as he's left them in terrible states. See Citation Resources, Continental Coal and Mila Resources.

- Peter Landau was battling up to 82 criminal charges after investigations into Continental Resources and Citation Resources. (Eastman has worked for both of these under Landau!) - Apparently $1.42mn was sent from Continental Resources to Landaus private company OKAP Resources (Oops Eastman has also worked here under Landau as well!).
- Landau charged with 61 counts of stealing and allegedly stole $2.2mn from Citation Resources (Eastman also worked here under Landau)

I liked the look of this SPAC but Eastman is completely throwing me off. He had to know what Landau was doing and the fact he followed him from company to company is a massive red flag. Now I'm worried about Charlie Woods involvement in HeliumOne - how could he not know about Eastmans past links?

They see a 500k buy at 4.7p then they go and sell as low as 4.3p

554k buy at 4.7p too, guessing the overhang or line of stock is going to Monecor
again

Must be something delayed.

4-4.6p to 4.4-4.6p on no trade then offer shoots up to 4.9p on a 10000 buy

Then 100k pays 4.87p, always pays to get some below 4.5p, can do a nice turn over
5p rinse and repeat

Bit of a shake. I tried to buy and no quote at 4.3p so had to fill or kill the paltry NMS of 30000 at 4.3p

Traders all bailed last few days so how many buys before mm's close up shop again now main seller was cleared last week

I think most of the twitter lot are out now.

mm's are clever, they delay buys at 5.69p and 5.9p and people sell close to 5p
not knowing those trades are in the system, they drop the offer to 5.75p and the sheep traders all bail out, it's so easy for them.

A red flag its being pumped on twitter....which usually means the usual suspects have taken part in a discounted placing and have pumped the price to forward sell their placing stock....just saying.

Offer now 5.69p so those 5.25p cheap ones have been snapped up
