Posted at 09/7/2024 06:01 by henley2 They should have brought the potential issue of Performance Shares to investors attention when they issued the JORC in April. It would have highlighted the potential dilution to new investors who are unlikely to have read the Listing Prospectus dated December 2021. Thus, today’s announcement wouldn’t have been such a surprise.Having now read the prospectus there doesn’t seem to be any mention of a lock-up for the Performance Shares. Hopefully, this will be clarified upon issue of the said shares, which I would hope will be after the Verkuba JV/sale announcement. |

Surprised the market hasn't hit the price harder really even if there was something priced in.I suppose it's out the way but there should have been a heads up warning about the dilution. Another little kick in the mouth for the private investors who can't get involved with all the share placings. Wonder what the immediate impact going forward is - hopefully not a lot. |

Is it now considered economic because of the projected increasing demand for copper in the future because copper usage will surge due to the need to combat climate change? I've only got £400 invested in EST and I base my investment decisions on the chart not on advfn bb posts be they by bulls like TCMC, or bears like Bukowski750. PS the EST share price is just going sideways. It will doubtless breakout after the next RNS. Up if investors view the RNS as bullish and Down if they view it as bearish. That's all you need to know. |

Just have 3 very recent very small punts in EST, ARCM & MILA.My long term GOLD price chart turned Strongly Bullish at the start of 2023 (Golden Cross). My GOLD price chart has remained Strongly Bullish ever since then despite the volatility of the GOLD price in 2023. Gold & Silver miners are out of favour with investors, but that is slowly changing. Miner's sp's invariably lag the Gold & Silver prices when they go off on a Bull run! My short term targets for Gold & Silver are $2600+ & $34+ respectively (Bullish IH&S patterns). |
