Fever Tree out with 2023 results today and they grew their US market by 22%.East Imperial not going to bother them anytime soon so all to play for here.Can't help thinking that an investment by a major player could transform this company.Fever Tree on AIM valued at 1.25 billion pounds.East Imperial on main market valued at 2 million.

Cottoner, Tony Burt talks about non dilutive funds in this video from 4:25 onwards as it's the preferred choice. Doesn't of course mean it will happen.

Reminder- From RNS on Jan 24th.



The net proceeds of the Placing will provide the Company with a cash runway until April 2024. The Placing Shares will be issued in accordance with the authority granted to the Company, as approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting held on 29 June 2023. Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company has the authority to allot a further 4,271,650 shares on a non pre-emptive basis. The Company's intention therefore is to convene a general meeting to obtain additional authorities to allot shares on a non pre-emptive basis in order to bolster the Company's working capital for the period after April 2024. A further announcement regarding this will be made in due course.

They've picked up a few now in Amsterdsm; a major Hotel in the centre a couple of months ago was announced. All good & positive.
Impressive looking interior of that latest, I'd imagine it ain't cheap the drinks in there!

It just means, andyview, that you can buy below the arbitrary mid price. advfn, etc, take the mid price of the quoted bid and offer prices to guess whether a trade is a buy, or sell. The MM's don't quote a mid price.

Sales are coming thick and fast. Demand is high. Just need non-dilutive funding to be announced to take them through to profitability (end of 2024), and we're going on a long bull run.

The money could come from China, but suspect it might come from much closer to home. Maybe from someone EISB holders are very familiar with.
