Posted at 11/4/2024 17:33 by johnyee 7 From July last year. Does this mean if they can't pay the loan that the company is secured on , the Chinese investor ends up getting it.Proposed issue of GBP2.2 million of 10% Secured Convertible Loan Notes to strategic investor WHI in two tranches of GBP1,466,666.67 and GBP733,333.33 respectively. -- The net proceeds of the issue of the 2025 Convertible Loan Notes will provide much needed additional working capital to support the Company's plans for continued expansion. -- The 2025 Convertible Loan Notes will be secured by way of a debenture which contains fixed and floating charges over the assets of the Company; security to be granted over the Company's wholly owned Singapore incorporated subsidiary; and a charge to be granted over up to 75 per cent. of the ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by the Company's chief executive officer, Tony Burt. |
Posted at 22/2/2024 10:39 by sooty snipes Ongoing discussions with potential debt funders to provide additional working capital to help support ongoing expansion==================== Fact is they are running out of money and fast. Far too risky an investment for me. That coupled with the leaky sells before the last RNS fund raise tells me the management aren't to be trusted. Hope it works out for you investors but I can't see these surviving |
Posted at 02/2/2024 16:44 by sportbilly1976 Harkes,Nope - they need to convene a GM to reset the nominal share value (as you can't raise/issue at less than that) The suggestion though is that any raise (to be palatable to investors) will need to be at a reasonably discount to the prevailing share price...and with that floating around 1p currently they wouldn't be able to raise. There is probably a read-across to the maximum they could raise at 1p+ was the £325k |
Posted at 01/2/2024 11:31 by the imperialist We can only look at the signs Tom. Picking up T1 stockist on a weekly basis. Yes there could be further dilution, but the chances of this going pop, for me, are negligable. The price has been artificially dropped to the placing price. One investor, 300k. Time to take advantage of that....if you can. There's hardly any on offer. |
Posted at 25/1/2024 12:03 by iamthemagnificent Folks on l-se yesterday saying how lucky that investor was for getting his shares at 1.1p. Today you can buy them even cheaper in the market ! Though I wouldn't reccommend it. Did that seagreen chap also sell after ramping this for so long and getting irritated when I warned of the risks ? |
Posted at 25/1/2024 11:29 by papillon Unfortunately the performance of the EISB sp, since it listed, is so typical of AIM and Standard listed minnows. Initial investor enthusiasm followed by a continuous long term decline in the share price A few investors, such as Dave the Chef and andyview, remain bullish and continually average down whilst most others, such as The Imperialist, sell into the short term dead cat bounces. |
Posted at 24/1/2024 18:57 by davethechef Yes feels like 'a bit of kick in the goolies' some investor taking a huge chunk at this discounted price; I"d love to have topped up down here, instead of my accumulations of the past months..welcome to AIM!Personally, case of checking back here periodically, at a much later date & expecting it to be nearer my average & beyond. Always seen it as a long term investment & today has reinforced that! Been here over two years already!!! |
Posted at 24/1/2024 12:06 by iamthemagnificent To be fair it's there near the top of the RNS" -- The Placing Shares (defined below) have been placed exclusively with one investor. " Wheres DaveTheChef who has been buying and averaging down ever since 13p ? Even his purchase at 1.5p yesterday is showing a hefty loss. |
Posted at 24/1/2024 11:39 by papillon "The Placing Shares (defined below) have been placed exclusively with one investor."Could you copy and paste that statement from today's RNS, andyview? Only I've read through the RNS rather quickly and I must have missed that statement. tia. The company will only be raising £325k. After expenses the net proceeds to the company will be less. Probably less than £300k? £275k net proceeds? |
Posted at 24/1/2024 11:21 by andyview In additionThe Placing Shares (defined below) have been placed exclusively with one investor. I would have thought the investor has bought into the progress and potential here Gla |
