Earthportfx 2017 accounts (bungle-filed late on 6 April 2018) show turnover up from £9.3m to £9.8m. Thus core cross-border turnover decline in H2fy17 is even worse. FY18 and/or Fy19 forecast downgrades by 14-21 July will be even more brutal or new CEO will get sucked into breaching AiM rule 11 in her first month in this dirty Board? 3.5p price crash may be inevitable, to see if 5p is a support point. Current EPO Board forecast profit or breakevrn fy11-fy19. Actual 15 losses. H2FY18 will be 16. H1fy19 17. H2fy19 18. Then the share price will be 0-3p and Administration or sack entire board hire a CEO/team with experience of turnaround, payments industry, smallcos, AiM and losses. AmandaM has none of this - bigco subsidiary software general manager - dirty deluded Bungle-Board blunder hire!

There was a story I heard about a so called investor. They posted drivel on these boards for years. They use to be an ex investor at epo and also some form of close employee. They believed their arrogance was enough to be right all day long. Someone stood up to this bully and they were kicked out.

Oddly, they still believe when the look in the mirror their tripe is all good when its not. Denial is staring at them.

Its not whether one is right or not, its a question of the obsessive nature a person has on a stock. They must have a low life opinion of themselves. They must have no love in their life , at all. Sad and empty.

Smallco AiM-quoted payments industry EPO reports losses every year and needs turnaround. Dodgy Board hire a Bigco subsidiary software general manager as new CEO, with zero experience of losses, smallcos, quoted shares, payments industry or being CEO.

Q) Did they pick her as a 'front' so they keep their jobs and real control?

A) If she has not downgraded fy18 and/or fy19 forecasts by 14-21 July 2018 we'll have our answer.

A) If by 30 September 2018 she has not fired majority of board that buried EPO fy11-fy18 then we'll have our answer.

SELL while there is any liquidity at this 8.5p level. It may need to crash to 5p to find another level for support.
