Nope, you place your hand over the top of my head and with the tip of your thumb and little finger tickle me behind the ears. Then when I try to push your hand away with my hands and start to back off, you then block my retreat with your other hand. In response to this I will try to turn over and bring my back legs and feet into action. You can now swing me round so that I am facing you but still lying on my back. Now bring the fingers of both hands into action tickling both sides of my rib cage when there is nothing for me to do but wave my hands and legs in the air, eyes buldging and with a big grin on my face.

Record date for the divi of 8c is the 8th Aug and payment on the 15th, so pile in boys. If Loh is preparing for a higher bid using his divi payment money then you have nothing to loose?? IMHO DYOR

Yup....he gets his hands on substantial cash being freed up from his holdings and the shares effectively stay at the same price. At least other holders get something from the deal.

Not neccesarily.... he will be buying the shares even cheaper as the price will fall by 8c ex div. It's a legal scam.

Perhaps he fears a bid from elsewhere and wants to pump up the sp, however he holds a majority of the shares. Maybe by paying himself a big divi he will be able to make a larger offer for the minority shareholders shares?

That is very interesting and good news too. I wonder where the money is comming from and the motivation. Given that Loh has been trying to disenfanchise us, is this a sign that he has now capitulated and is now willing to accept minority shareholders?

News on ASX that Epay will be paying out an 8c special dividend to share holders in mid August! No other relevant information given. I guess the boss wanted to get some cash from epy for his projects? Nice that we will benefit too.

Our old friend Yap Chi Ming it seems has been demoted from finance director to non executive director. There is also a new non exec called Tom, Tom sounds like a good bloke, Oxford and US universities and experience in accounting and telecoms. Only question is who is currently in charge of the books?
