Bought a few DNE @ 365p today. After the recent fall the 27.7% NAV discount looks rather generous.

I can't readily find date as they are now XD for payment on 23 May.

You will, I believe, get the div on tendered shares, if that was your concern.

No mention in the recent R&A of OSS Environmental Holdings. It is shown as having no current valuation in the portfolio, after a mention last year as having been written down, but nothing is said about it in the report. Why not? Why is it still shown in the portfolio, are they expecting to get something back?

It is now owned by Hydrotec after becoming insolvent. That is my understanding.

Voluntary winding up - so perhaps some residual value expected?

Yes, well below the 475p tender price. However it is only a tender for 5% of the shares. Tricky.

DVI - continuing to wait on JPEL. Having cashed in at 79.75c during that recent institutional intervention @ 80c, I'm hoping to rejoin at perhaps 73c. The deal to wash out weak holders and bring in the new was quite a coup, but still didn't address my over-riding wish - to see them start a dividend policy.

Great NAV increase & tender news from NRI today - hope you're holding those too.

SkyShip, after endless tenders I have been buying jpel instead but certainly thinking of accumulating dne again although not sure how many more tenders we will see over the coming years.

Well, at 440p they were certainly over-priced versus their peers, the NAV discount had reduced to 17.8%. Now back to 400p for a 24.8% discount - so good value again. Though of course that value remains to be confirmed by the next NAV figure - which we will see with the Prelims in mid-March.
