Result of PrimaryBid Offer and Total Voting Rights

Further to its recent announcements regarding a Placing to raise GBP32 million and PrimaryBid Offer to raise up to an additional GBP3 million, Duke Royalty Limited, the AIM quoted provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad , is pleased to announce that it has raised the maximum amount under the PrimaryBid Offer of GBP3.0 million (before expenses) following the closing of the offer on 6 April 2021.

The PrimaryBid Offer and the Placing remain conditional on the New Ordinary Shares being admitted to trading on AIM . Application will be made for 100,000,002 New Ordinary Shares (representing the 91,428,573 Placing Shares and the 8,571,429 PrimaryBid Shares) to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to be take place at 8.00 a.m. on 19 April 2021 . Following Admission, the Company will have 357,906,909 Ordinary Shares in issue carrying voting rights admitted to trading on AIM. This figure (357,906,909) may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
