Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Drax Group plc today confirms that, as previously announced on 21 February 2019, Tony Thorne, a non-executive director who joined the Board in June 2010, will be standing down from the Board on 28 June 2019, having served nine years.
In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, details of payments made to and receivable by Mr Thorne during 2019 will shortly be available on the Drax website. Full details of all payments made to and receivable by Mr Thorne will be disclosed in the Remuneration Report within the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019.
