Doric Nimrod Air One Limited (LSE: DNA, LEI: 2138009FPM7EH4WDS168 ) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with Ordinary Preference Shares (ISIN: GG00B4MF3899, SEDOL: B4MF389) admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market .

Declaration of Dividend

In line with the distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Preference Share for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 in respect of the previous quarter.

This dividend will be paid gross on or around 27 January 2023 to holders of record 20 January 2023. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 19 January 2023.
