                         ("Domino's" or the "Company")


The Company was notified on Friday 10 October 2003 of the following
transactions:

Yoav Gottesman, a non-executive director of the Company, exercised options on
Friday 10 October 2003 to acquire 237,269 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
company at a price per share of 42.10 pence, and 109,110 ordinary shares at
50.00 pence per share. On that date Mr Gottesman sold 250,000 ordinary shares at
164 pence per share. As a result of these transactions Mr Gottesman now holds
396,379 shares directly and is deemed to be interested in a further 350,000
shares.

Andrew Mallows, the Company's company secretary and the finance director of the
Company's principal operating subsidiary, Domino's Pizza Group Limited,
exercised options on Wednesday 1 October 2003 to acquire 141,595 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each, 34,638 at 42.10 pence per share, 51,957 at 50.00 pence per
share, 30,000 at 53.00 pence per share and 25,000 at 55.00 pence per share.  On
Wednesday 1 October he sold 103,595 shares at 169 pence per share. As a result
of these transactions Mr Mallows directly holds 38,000 ordinary shares, which is
the extent of his interests in ordinary shares.
