18/2/2011 09:17 | Blimey those are rather meaty Director and PMDR sales just announced...not terribly healthy for the share price I suspect especially as they sold well below the £5.24 price showing...Most have reduced to zero holdings so not exactly a sign of confidence and I guess they must prefer the paper dough to the pizza dough...lol | davidosh
17/2/2011 20:59 | Hello, can anyone explain the rise in the last half an hour? I cannot see any of the trades from 1300 to 1630. I can see large 'sells' of up to 5million. I know that the system guesses a sell or a buy. I just wanted to see what transaction made the volumes? Thanks for any comments. Wyle | wylecoyote

16/2/2011 12:58 | philanderer, thanks for your reply. I don't know that is why I asked. I wish DOM would reduce their need to grant so many options. Whilst the Directors have served the company well over the years. The large number of options granted since IPO is immense. Surely they get paid enough and have made enough from the companies growth already. | seekerofvalue

16/2/2011 08:24 | Shareprice fall also down to sales growth slowing in january... "..Pizza delivery firm Domino's served up a 27 per cent rise in annual profits yesterday but revealed its record of double-digit sales growth ended in January." | philanderer
16/2/2011 02:23 | I'm not a holder here, but it's on my watch list. See the above video from the Daily Telegraph (watch from about 01:40) - he concludes that the sell-off today was largely profit taking - 'set a 600p price target and you will get there'. | gargoyle2
15/2/2011 23:21 | Evening seekerofvalue, aren`t those transactions just part of the company Share Incentive Plan hitting targets and shares being awarded to the following today ? Stephen Hemsley (Director) 957,744 -------------------- Christopher Moore (Director) 749,446 -------------------- Lee Ginsberg (Director) 446,176 -------------------- Adam Batty (PDMR) 285,622 -------------------- Patricia Thomas (PDMR) 166,693 -------------------- Andrew Emmerson (PDMR) 41,817 -------------------- Gareth Franks (PDMR) 41,817 -------------------- Michael Botha (PDMR) 35,870 -------------------- Jane Franks (PDMR) 119,121 -------------------- As for a DOM target price, I would have thought a 650p figure around the time of next years London Olympics is well attainable. DOM will come into it`s own on the run up to that event ;-) | philanderer |
