After a year away, I am back with 2 initial purchases early yesterday. I'm satisfied with the recent evidence the 20%+ organic growth from a new base on the new business model is back. If margins from H2 can be maintained going foreward, markets will forgive the blip from integration last year and re-rate pretty quick. More evidence very soon I guess. If only a dividend ! Maybe fear of another acquisition is depressing things a bit.

Cheers, might be the reason for the increase. Looks like someone is after a few as even sales are getting hikes on the previous sales !

ref the analysts meeting,i will leave it at that,if anyone does want to go just
contact idit directly at dmatek.i take it as a good sign , that they are inviting people to the meeting.expect the profit figures for the full year to comfortably beat the forecasts , and they will have a lot more money in the bank.but as always dyor.

I have been in touch with Idit over the years so could maybe go, but that does involve a fair bit of travelling as well!

would any dmatek holder like to attend the analysts meeting at KBC Peel Hunts ?being held 26th august after the release of the interim results.i have been asked by dmatek if i would like to go, but it involves a fair bit of travelling so will probably just listen to the webcast,but if anyone lives london way dmatek would be happy to invite them,just let me know if you want to go.
real friendly company dmatek,i have sometimes asked them a question over the years by email hence the invite i presume.

I see the IC also tipped these last week.

The shares remained flat at 99.5p and now trade at nine times KBC Peel Hunt's 2008 forecasts despite the good news. Dmatek is a market leading player with good earnings visibility, and its shares remain a buy.

Indeed, a very lukewarm reaction from the Mkt so far.

Also, worth bearing in mind that we're just beginning to emerge from the downside of the acquisitions and that their true benefits are only likely to kick in in the near future.

God help us if there is an actual profit warning!

Worth mentioning that it's likely that over a quarter (£7m) of the £23m market cap will be made up of their cash pile by year end.

A lot of sense in what you both say.
would buy more but then how long to wait for capital growth without an income in the meantime, if we had a yield I would be in there big time.

Yes, i agree, the past 3 months or so have been the worst I have even really seen the market. The dot com bust was different in that it was mainly over valued junk that was falling.

But to see long established companies being slaughtered on a daily basis has been amazing.

Even if these had announced a contract to tag the whole population on china today there would still be people taking a negative slant on the story.

Markets are not depressed, it is people that are depressed and when they are depressed they put off making positive decisions.

If this co produces the growth it has over the past the fundamentals will begin to take over and people wont be depressed forever.
