Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 2 June 2020, Brad Gray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 106.40 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Gray is now interested in 2,302,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
