another building block in place for this company to go big, slowly but surely.

What’s the bets we see another of those 50k buys pop up later, like we’ve seen on previous days! So much smoke and mirrors from MM’s with illiquid stocks like DNL

Another satisfying RNS. Hopefully it will also provide the seller(s) with a chance to exit more quickly, so we can start the re-rate to a more appropriate number, quicker.

Best, I have not delved in to compare the differences, so sorry I am unable to give an answer there.Hopefully some one on this board could answer your very valid question...Balanced66 from the other BB may have an opinion on such, he/she comes across as very knowledgeable on this company. Now that's one person I do follow. All the best (no pun intended)

Yep, they should have got the fund raise away at £2 then we'd all be rich! It's a bit like you selling your house for twice it's current value as opposed to what the market will pay.

FDA want a P3 - very likely DNL will partner with US Pharma for this in Q2 (I would expect large upfront + milestones + royalties)

Affc21 What is your understanding of FDA approval of Chronocort when comparing with EMA/uk

Once the seller has cleared whoever it is... It will. Use it as a chance to build.

Cannot hold above 60p. This share should have been over £1 now and then the directors could have done the fund raise at say 90p instead of 60p.

Agree AM. They've done a huge P3 trial and despite it not meeting primary endpoint on reinspection of the data the EU has invited the application, if that isn't a signal I don't know what is! Also worth noting the p3 data has been presented at prestigious industry events, hardly indicative of a flop is it!

Trotters,
Chronocort FDA EU UK approval is as you know the next news we are awaiting, the question is how do you quantify the chance of a successful outcome, I think FinnCap put it at a 75% of a successful outcome. Personally I think they are being very conservative for obvious reasons.

Edit: just to be clear, what I mean by obvious reasons (from post above), is that FinnCap are covering their own back (as to be expected) should Chronocort get a failure with the EU.

Its hard enough to get one drug approval, but to get two approvals for a small pharma like DNL would be absolutely mind blowing if they get the green light for Choronocort. DNL have the global market with a little or no competition all to themselves. The share price will reflect this hopefully in the near to mid term. GLA!

"There are currently no drugs approved in China to treat pediatric patients with CAH, a disease of high unmet need. We are very excited about this partnership as it opens a path for us to bring an important new medicine to patients who need it and demonstrates the strong potential for cross-border collaborations to benefit patients with rare diseases worldwide. We look forward to continuing to work with biopharma companies across the US and Europe to bring additional rare disease medicines to China."Breaking into the Chinese market is MASSIVE! This is a huge rns
