Interesting news about the sale of Sipsmith and I would expect this to have a positive influence on the price here. B/S of Sipsmith March 2015 £1.2mln B/S of Distil March 2016 £2.9 mln.

Gin sales in the U.K. are expected to top whiskey sales by 2020. It's a growing market and we're well poised to boom from it. Blackwoods is a fine brand and is making inroads everywhere. 2017 could well see a bid being made for it, most likely from an outside party.

Hope so. If they can get sales and exposure up, they would make a tasty morsel for someone! I've doubled up here (from a low base admittedly). Goulding should know what he's doing, although recent history has been rather patchy. Hopefully they now have everything aligned.

...We've had the 2016 interim results. Put out on 28Th Oct.

The next news should be a Q3 trading update for the all inmportant xmas period (Oct to Dec). Probably come out mid January.
