23/8/2018 13:22 | Not that it really matters, but for clarity - there were no NTs (negotiated trade) on Monday as far as I can see - and to make an inference about whether a trade is a buy or sell (unless its your own) is nothing more than a guess - particularly on such a thin book as this. | skinny

23/8/2018 11:18 | MDB - the spread represents the risk/uncertainty the MM see in the market currently. What is relevant is the risk is balanced currently 4 are on the Bid at 2.5 and 4 are on the ask at 2.8. You will note if you look at flows into the stock this week so far for example that it is positive. As we are approaching September (The time that enquiries over Christmas orders will start being placed) the market looks to me to be positive. What we need to know is whether the company has indeed spent as the independent analysis indicates a considerable higher sum than last year on marketing below the line and therefore will lead to flat profit growth. If the company has not and figures in for September maintain the growth rate and the company expects to not spend that amount in the final half year, then the company will have to say that they expect profits to be higher than expectations. My analysis based on 36% increase in marketing spend (same as last year 1st half to 1st half previous year)is an EBITDA of 15k GBP compared with -21K GBP same time last year. FY 269K GBP EBITDA. The independent analysis indicates profits will be same as last year - we will have to wait and see. If we do achieve something along my figures company would be on a price to contribution rate of 14. To give you an indication historicaly FY 2015 Price 0.85p contribution 14.39 FY 2016 Price 1.175 contribution 12.81 FY 2017 Price 2.3 contribution 20.31 FY 2018 price 2.6 contribution 18.46 My analysis based on no above normal increase in marketing spend. FY contribution 925K gbp * 18.46 mrkt cap 17.1mln GBP or 3.4p Hope that is helpful. B3 | berny3
23/8/2018 11:11 | No this is too high at minute for my comfort as expected the first BIG SELL has popped up for 6.5K expecting more today . The fair price for this at minute is 2.0p so I'll wait as only fools jump in . DB | mrdollarbill
