Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Discovery Metals Limited (the Company) advises the
following changes in relation to significant shareholdings:
(a) On 29 March 2012, M&G Investment Funds and its associates advised that
on 27 March 2012 it and its associates increased their holding in the Company to
48,903,016 ordinary shares (representing approximately 11.06% of the issued
capital in the Company).
The Company has a total of 442,128,231 ordinary shares on issue.
