Director's Shareholding 
 
Mr Gordon Galt 
 
Discovery Metals Limited ("Company") was informed today that on 24 October 2011 
Mr Gordon Galt, non-executive Chairman transferred off-market 1,100,000 ordinary 
shares between his personal accounts. 
 
Accordingly, following the transfer of shares described above, Mr Galt holds the 
following interests in the Company: 
  * 2,256,236 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 
    0.51 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company; and 
  * 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee 
    and Directors Share Plan (which was approved by shareholders at a general 
    meeting on 24 February 2010), the issue of which are subject to certain 
    vesting conditions. 
 
 
Mr Morrice Cordiner 
 
Discovery Metals Limited ("Company") was informed today that on 24 October 2011 
Morrice  Cordiner,  a  non-executive  Director  transferred  off-market 250,000 
ordinary between his personal accounts. 
 
Accordingly, following the transfer of shares described above, Mr Cordiner holds 
the following interests in the Company: 
  * 305,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.07 
    per cent of the issued share capital of the Company; 
  * 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee 
    and Directors Share Plan (which was approved by shareholders at a general 
    meeting on 24 February 2010), the issue of which are subject to certain 
    vesting conditions; and 
  * 1,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.35 and expiring 12 December 
    2011. 
 
 
Mr Ribson Champion Gabonowe 
 
Discovery  Metals Limited ("Company") was informed  that Ribson Gabonowe, a non- 
executive  Director acquired  3,694 shares in  the company  prior to Mr Gabonowe 
becoming  a director of the Company in 2007.  Due to an administrative error and 
the  securities being  held by  Botswana stockbrokers,  this disclosure  has not 
previously been made to the market. 
 
Accordingly, following the above reconciliation, Mr Gabonowe holds the following 
interests in the Company: 
  * 703,694 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.16 
    per cent of the issued share capital of the Company; and 
  * 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee 
    and Directors Share Plan (which was approved by shareholders at a general 
    meeting on 24 February 2010), the issue of which are subject to certain 
    vesting conditions.
