Way undervalued

Price catalyst
 12-month price target: A$1.00 based on a DCF methodology.
 Catalyst: BFS results due by the end of August
Action and recommendation
 Maintain Outperform recommendation and $1.00ps price target. DML is well
positioned to progress Boseto from an exploration project to production over the
coming 18 months. Given the extensive tenement package and first mover
advantage in the Kalahari Copper Belt, we view the Boseto project as a starter
project and believe there is potential for a significant increase in the resource
base and a material increase to our base case 13 year LOM assumption.

The total Mineral Resource for the Boseto Copper Project, reported in accordance with The Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (The JORC Code, "2004 Edition") at a cut off of 0.6% Cu is:102.8 Mt @ 1.4% Cu and 17.3 g/t Ag containing 1.4 million tonnes copper and 57 Moz silver consisting of:
Measured Resources of 4.0 Mt @ 1.6% Cu and 22.7 g/t Ag;
Indicated Resources of 18.5 Mt @ 1.4% Cu and 17.8 g/t Ag; and
Inferred Resources of 80.3 Mt @ 1.4% Cu and 16.9 g/t Ag

The Mineral Resources are inclusive of Ore Reserves.

Discovery Metals is currently completing a Bankable Feasibility Study for the Boseto Copper Project with results expected to be announced in August 2010.

currently being reviewed by the Company's Board, with results to be announced in

Discovery Metals with its Boseto project in Botswana. Evans says that, while financing and commissioning risks remain, he sees excellent exploration upside on the company's tenements. Botswana is rated favourably in sovereign risk terms.

Apparently Diggers and Drillers (Oz publication) has done a good piece on Discovery which appears to have re-ignited interest on the ASX.

It sounds as though D&D have just reiterated what we already know about DME but it is obviously good timing for the share price to get a boost ahead of the funding for Boseto.

When we break the 43p-45p level which could be today it will quickly move to the 55p level and when it breaks!!!! £1 VERY QUICK either by news or general trend.

I think that's a little optimistic.

If I understand correctly, the BFS is being presented to the board this month and then to the general market next month. Possibly SAGEM or Chipperford can clarify.

Agree that £1 is achievable but think it may take a little longer to get there. Loved to be proved wrong though.
