Marab I think there are many with your attitude. I am holding mine (small holding but still looks like I am on at the start) and seeing where this goes. Judging by some of the comments on here this seems a common theme so could make for an interesting day tomorrow. Does anyone know any other aim silver investment funds ? Especially those that have cash, a business producing revenue and a tiny Market capital ? Happy very happy.

I got 370k shares and keeping mine on a free run.

More so now this is a silver play as silver is the new gold!

Edit; may try and add 130k first thing to get me to 500k.

Well DXR should attract a lot of attention and especially for those like me who are pumping money into silver at the moment, it is greast news. Saves me a lot of hassle selling up and re-investing. I shall probably buy back the 50% I sold - depending on the share price I sense we could indeed see some fireworks tomorrow but then who knows!!!!

TW suggested that we meet and we arrange the meeting some days ago, so you could say he is looking for our support (he know we hold a substancial holding)
Kenny, myself and fairtrade hold 10%.

I have spoken to Kenny and we are both suprised not to be getting an RTO, however the strategy seems to be similar to RRR and RGM (which is no bad thing).
I have also had a response from fairtrade who thinks it a good move and will mean no initial dilution of shares. There will need to be fund raising in the future when potential targets are identified.

I am also impressed at TW's remuneration based on performance rather than a base salary, but Tips get 150,000 for every increase in NAV payable quarterly.
I wonder if we claw it back if its a negative figure. Lol.

All in all the structure looks great and the personnel are qualified in their respective fields and I look forward to putting a lot more meat on the bones tomorrow.

talk2dubya - good find - wonder whether he mentioned dxr....!?

cps - a few questions please....

1. where does he see the NAV being in 3, 6 and 12 months time (or any other variation of timeframes)?
2. repeat of knowleymans question re the potential for raising additional funds
3. why not just invest in silver mining stocks though his gold fund - its within his remit
4. does he know who took up the other 7% @ 3.8p
5. has he completely ruled out the possiblity of an rto - or would he consider if the right opportunity came along?
6. has he canvassed other major holders re his intentions - did he have support? (i assume this is why you are meeting)

CPS: My main question has already been covered which is what is the intention with Web Clubs and many thanks for asking. Can I ask what is your opinion of the RNS?

p.s. if you could ask TW what he did to Leighton Denny it would be appreciated....
