Trade differential now 5 to 1 at COB, somebody paying nearly 52p (when the offer was only 50.5) for over million shares, surely getting ready to unleash hell next week. Nice! (Stop losses at the ready !!!)

Joy...

No games, just the simple fact that there are alot of players sitting on nice profits, and selling into the current strength!

Once they have cleared it should move up nicely IMO!

Santori & Company,

Santori, Ladies & Gentleman,

Why is it when I make a prediction on DDT it goes up, breached the 50p I see,
Maybe I should hire my services to you fellow investors, cause when I say sell it goes up and vice versa for buy , a negative version of Warren Buffet I suppose you could call me.

Well I'am back in again on DDT , so it's a tentative buy for me, and watching !

What's our resident chartist's latest take on DDT, MA and all that technical stuff ! We are all waiting for the Halycon days of yore !

Thanks Folk's ...

LOL!

Am I right in thinking this seems to have good support at 48p?!? Not that I'm a chartist by any means. Am tempted to top up the longer it holds.........

Adeyberry,

It held by the skin of it's teeth , I think this boy is sinking a bit, and as other's have said 46p and below is the next move, - well I have gambled on this one before and will again ! it's educational ... my comments are also well intentioned, refer to my previous postings ! also "Finess" what www site are you using for your buying and selling prices ?

Folks,

Is it the " January Jinx " rearing it's ugly head again on DDT.L I wonder what formation is appearing now, is the upside down "beer mug" on the cards .

What's the latest comments from our chartist's on this one ?? " Finess ", is there still steady buying pressure, I have my fingers crossed !! for all of us .

Chart says steady buying prssure, 50p is a big R and then maybe up to next level. I can only dream of those halcyon days of £5 and more. 40p was a big turning point IMHO.

Let's hope the institutional investors read this article, maybe DDT should start issuing a dividend and start making investors happy. But even better some big boy takes them over ! Only then it seems will we see the halycon days of yore.

News in SA papers:

Didata's local operations enjoy investment boost
January 30, 2006

Johannesburg - South African IT company Dimension Data is to invest over R115 million in capital expenditure in Internet Solutions' networks and two satellite hubs during 2006.

During 2005, Didata invested over R150 million in infrastructure, taking the total investment in South Africa during a two year period to over R250 million, it said on Monday.

Through continued investment in South Africa, Didata and Internet Solutions are committed to ensuring the delivery of IT solutions and services that will enhance local and international business communication, the companies said.

"The continued investment in developing IT infrastructure in South Africa is critical in ensuring we are able to continue to offer the latest technology solutions and services to corporates in South Africa," said Allan Cawood, chief executive officer of Dimension Data Africa.

Internet Solutions supports over 46 percent of the entire South African leased line market and supports 75 percent of Corporate hosted applications, 80 percent of the Dial Up Market and provides services to over 80 percent of the top 250 listed companies in South Africa. - I-Net Bridge

Santori,

Thanks mate, I copied your ploy exactly and have a wee grin on my face, as opposed to the wee grimace I've had for a long time with DDT.L .
Looking forward to your postings in the interim.

Cheers .

Hi spec2, my views are the same as before, fair value around 46p based on fundamentals, 50p+ is a very good price, i sold slightly too early but sold the last lot at 50.3p, so not so bad!

It looks like a classic EW chart straight out of the book, as with TFC.
If it goes to plan without any bad press over the weekend we should have a retrace down to say £0.46 and then another lift up. So it says in the book i'm reading.
A good site is British Bulls .com for candle stick charts, not to be confused with Fork Handles.
Edit maybe not as much as 46, say 47 ish

DDT appears to be Labouring too, momentum means absolutely nothing to me, but it does appear to be confirming the fundamentals..i can see an upside-down tea cup forming!

What a lovely chart, Having done my brain in sometime ago with DDT I am now back in, I hope its not the kiss of death to the share price My sailing mate sold out to DD at the height of the IT boom for £300mill and I thought it was a good buy then, there is more to them than Cisco. ;-)
