Ian Mackin 14,071 0.07"

Note that DSG's directors alone do not own the required 25% to block a takeover.

However, they would only need a further 3.07% to do so, so that is perhaps an ideal situation: as a fair offer is unlikely to be blocked, but a rip-off offer could well be - which could well help to flush out a higher offer, or indeed force a better offer in the first place.

The CLNs are unlikely be converted by the directors because of the high conversion price relative to the current s.p.:-

Dry good statement for a company in the recovery mode.

One cannot expect a transformation overnight while they continue to payback COVID debt and the other £400k but it is only for long term investors or those that believe it is very undervalued and potentially a target.

Very foggy - rns basically useless for investors or potential investors.

Much as I expected but I would have liked to hear more about the new contracts but I guess there will be more information about that during the investor presentation.

At least they are paying down debt monthly but a little disappointed to see the amount of net cash reduction at this point in time.

"Jason Starr, Chief Executive, and Ian Mackin, Finance Director, will hold an investor presentation to cover the results and prospects at 3pm on Tuesday 25 April 2023.

The presentation will be hosted through the digital platform Investor Meet Company. Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company and add to meet Dillistone Group Plc via the following link . For those investors who have already registered and added to meet the Company, they will automatically be invited. "

Still, I was not expecting any big uplift in the share price until late 2023 early 2024.

Just a hold.

On the 25 April and don’t forget there is an investor presentation as well on the same day, so register now and you will receive a reminder.

Mind you I do not expect the results to be anything other than as expected as it will not be until next year that the share price shoots rapidly upwards imo, although I do expect it to head towards 30p in the months after the results.

The last RNS really set the scene but I really look forward to hearing what they have to say during during the presentation.

I was hoping to pick up a few more shares before the new financial year, as I expected some to sell to offset profits elsewhere, however no such luck a buying them sub 20p
any longer, so I am ready to buy more if those impatient souls sell after the results.

Seems there are few true long term investors around these days, only day traders looking for a quick flip, or we would have seen more interest - but few are willing to wait for big returns in 2024 it seems.

PUGUGLY, I had noted that it was illiquid in my very first post when I started the thread but it is good to see both of you adding some serious comments or concerns to the tread but I believe this is a huge opportunity for those that are true investors that will have patience, when they issue the next RNS I expect the first jump but the real boost will come in the following six months plus it would not surprise me one bit, if an offer is made within twelve months as I expect a hyper jump in revenues and at a very attractive margin.

Still regardless if you put your toes in the water, keep following folks but welcome aboard if you’re not a current holder that is looking for an exit, I would advise you to do more research and unless you are desperate for the cash, you will end up kicking yourself. Go and look at the price they were trading at before they made serious mistakes and COVID, then think again.
