The difference is that I don't post unsubstantiated insinuations nor erroneous comments (conveyor belt dates). I contact the board when I need confirmation of something and I always get a quick polite reply.

I don't know why you have such a downer on a company that has gone from strength to strength over the past two years and looks to have an even better future.

You keep on telling me to e mail dismondcorp? Presuming wrongly I havent. I have conversed with diamondcorp and mr worthington. Not on this subject as it appeared today. Although he mentioned a few days back he would be taking up his allocated share but didnt mention excess at the time.

Why not stop telling me and do it yourself?

Of course, EW could have got his 1 in 17 on his 1,600,000 which is about 90,000 (the same as everyone else), then applied for a large excess (about 1.4m by my calculations) getting 20.4% (the same as everyone else) which would take him to the number shown on the RNS.

But you much prefer to put a negative slant on anything our board does without any evidence to support your claims. Here's his email address - ask him the question. [e-mail]

Edit: I am not against hearing negative things about DCP - there may well be things I have missed - but I do expect them to be backed up with some evidence.

The April 30th update did NOT say that the conveyor belt install would be completed by the end of July.

What it actually said was: 'The conveyor belt commissioning schedule has moved by several weeks into July' which is not the same thing at all. They also stated that the conveyor belt commissioning would not impact the critical path as it will still be commissioned ahead of the mining ramp up from the UK4 Block.

Well there will definitely be the normal quarterly update at the end of july but i am expecting the uk4 this week.

The conveyor belt install should be complete by end of july according to their last statement on the matter but i expect August.

I've noticed the 20.4% has been added to my other holdings and the 79.6% is still showing as excess. Still no return of cash to my account!

Anyway I'm sure it'll appear tomorrow. As others have said it's the final resource statement we all wait for. The bulk testing was scheduled to be completed last week so the statement shouldn't be too long.

Is it being too optimistic to expect it by the end of the month?

It is the next rns I am interested in for upper k4 and there is no reason why it shouldn't come tomorrow. It was scheduled for end of June but delayed due to the open offer.

It was not 64% of shareholders taking up the offer - it was, to quote the RNS, '64.0 % of the Open Offer Shares' which is a big difference. If only a few of the largest shareholders decided not to take up the offer, it could mean many more than 64% of shareholders did - an even better result.

Indeed! Some of these persons may now go on to purchase shares in the market and so I'd expect the price to rise assuming other news from the company remains positive and we don't see a general market meltdown in next month due to Greece

Fantastic response to the open offer. 64% of shareholders participating to the full is excellent and the over subscription phenomenal. Whilst I'm disappointed to be scaled back this simply points to very solid share price going forward.
