If it's "knowledgeable" shorters who are selling, then there's no % points they're going through that would require reporting. Just a thought.

badtime,

Only in from recently...but still far higher up!!!

PUG,

I asked him both. They had taken advice and were told they didn't need to make an announcement. I think they should have made one anyway.

I suggested that the seller(s) had gone through multiple % points and should have made an announcement, but he tells me the company have not been informed about any changes. I further asked him if they have been scanning the share register to look for movements. They were being informed of changes, buthing was proffered in the way of an indication of who was selling, but they have had contact with the seller.

I have had a lengthy chat with Christopher Hambro. Not a great deal he could tell me as the company is in a "close period". Board meeting in Mid December, with figures released shortly after.

The statement will make interesting reading!

If they have cash and assets and if it delists the shareholders still have there right to there original holding or the asset sale value if it's put into administration.

almost bought some of these a while back but was put off by the vast number of shares available for purchase...

really need an rns for clarity - AIM always a bit dodgy, could be planning a deslisting for all we know...

I have every sympathy with holders here. It seems bizarre, if not downright suspicious, that the Company has made no statement on a fall of this degree.

On the face of it one has to suspect skulduggery (a big danger in India); but until an official statement arrives - who knows?

No rns on change of significant share holdings - OK I know (think) the obligation is on the vendor to advise the company and the exchange BUT given the apparent selling I would have thought (assuming the seller originally held more than 3% which I understand is the trigger point above which changes of more than 1% in the holding muct be notified) is that there would have been a trigger event.

Also Investment manager given notice in May cannot be helping -

The fact that no rns on share price movement is worrying as the message that it gives is that there may be a reason.

EDITED.

"As Dhir India Investments plc is not incorporated in the UK the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of the shareholders of a UK incorporated Company."

Does anyone know if it has to comply with AIM regulations in respects of notification of changes in significant shareholdings ?

i think this seller is entirely unrelated to any news the company has given or is expected to give or anything to do with the fundamentals - they;ve been selling since January imho -

Daytraders. As for a rns it could be that the seller based overseas and is not required to inform the market. But maybe be best give the company a call to chew the fat and find out.
