Maybe the Project Cygnet sale has fallen through (DHIR keep the £0.6M deposit?). If so Id hope the company would update shareholders.

where does it say they want to dilute us by 10% ? buying back 10% of shares dont mean they issue 10% more shares does it ?

HugePants no I never asked about share buy backs as they indicated it was preferable to return cash as and when.

Looking at the register there appears to be a couple of sellers. Nortrust Nominee have reduced from 4.5% t just over 3% and Chase Nominees have reduced from 11.4% to 10%"

they voted through the right to buy back shares and the feedback from the agm was that large shareholders have told them they want cash back .....

even of they get 33% on the assets its still 28p vs 63p....

Bought some more earlier. I also just tried for 50K at 27p but was knocked back.

The seller on Wednesday has been completed, but there is a new seller around. Apparently not a big seller, but may not have shown the market the full extent of his order. I would guess there is another couple of hundred to do before we find out.

they might report it once the order is completely filled...i;ve seen this before on other stocks where the seller only updates the company when the order is totally filled...partials are not reported...if they were selling 500k shares for example and were getting filled at the rate of 50k a day...is that 10 rns or 1 when its finished?
