Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces that on 22 February 2024, pursuant to its Share Buyback programme announced on 2 February 2024, it purchased the following number of its 'A' non-voting ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("A Shares").

Date of purchase:	22 February 2024
Number of A Shares purchased (aggregated volume):	10,000
Average Price paid per share (pence):	620.00p

 

 

As a result of the above transaction, the Company has 4,712,198 A Shares in issue of which 171,680 are held in treasury. The A Shares held in treasury will be cancelled in due course and a further announcement made when cancellation has occurred.
