Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

 

Dewhurst Group plc (AIM: DWHT), the global manufacturer and supplier of quality components to the lift, transport and keypad industries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Dewhurst to Chief Financial Officer, which will see him join the Company's Board of Directors effective 1 July 2024. Jeremy is currently Chief Transformation Officer of the Company and a Director of the Company's A&A Electrical Distributors business. Alongside Jeremy's appointment, Jared Sinclair will stand down as Chief Financial Officer and will take up a new role as Chief Integration Officer, remaining a Board member and the Company Secretary. Jared will replace Jeremy as a Director of A&A Electrical Distributors Ltd (A&A).

Jeremy was appointed Finance Director of A&A when it was acquired by Dewhurst Group in June 2018 and has been instrumental in its development both in the UK and overseas. Prior to joining A&A Jeremy spent over 8 years with Deloitte in which he spent the latter half as a Senior Manager within the Equity Capital Markets team. He is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant.
