Darling, Croft and Devolver are all entwined - we can assume by their desire to take a larger stake they can see what’s coming, we just have to wait for the mkt to see it too. You either stew on the past, or look to the here and now.

Something is going on and it feels big. Update on new successful games, corporate action, disposal, acquisition. 8m invested by 2 single investors and the company doesn't need cash !!!!! It already has 45m in bank so it clearly wants David Darling CBE from codemasters on the share register !!!

The upcoming line up is probably the best since the inception of Devolver and once Astroneer 2 and Enter The Gungeon 2 is announced Devolvers will be swimming in cash

The company already had 45m of cash so why did they raise 8m? Just park that thought. Something big afoot and Darling wanted part of whatever is about to unfold.

Regardless what happened years ago this is now. 2 investors put 8 million quid in here last week at a premium. Those 2 are highly regarded with one being David Darling CBE from codemasters. Follow the real money DYOR always.

The investment case set out in the prospectus supported the valuation of £1.75 a share. The problem is that the Directors lied. They should be in jail.

If you stuck money in at the IPO you’d have every right to be angry - a lot of companies - or should I say company investors/backers - took advantage of the covid era madness to push IPO’s - and in many cases at crazy values. However we are where we are and if you look at the shareholder list, they have largely ridden the same elevator down to exactly where we are now!

Are they on the way back up, or not?

That’s really the only question now.

Was Zeus who did the business, just checked. KBC now quoting 38 for 25k, bid in size at 35.5 - they’re gonna have to let this go sooner rather than later I think…

and the beauty is that the mkt has barely noticed so far…
