In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 12 April 2024 it purchased 518,260 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each into treasury.

The prices paid were as follows:

Highest price paid per share	£0.725

 

Following the share buyback the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
