The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 April 2024 were duly passed on a poll by the requisite majorities.

 

Details of the number of votes cast for, against and withheld on each resolution will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.developnorth.co.uk.
