I was about to go on holiday to Vegas, but now I will be gambling on Densitron Shares!

£10 million asset into £4 million cash, more bonus for the directors no doubt!

Waiting for Blackheath development, for my further 0.3p rise!

The original investment was something like £13m so a huge loss on that.

They have done a very good job and appear to be on the ball, with a high share price they might do a part paper deal that would be good for all.

The share price is only up a fraction woodcot, because it is not unequivocal good news as :

(a) it didn't go through at book value. It has gone through at a cost equivalent to wiping 17% off net assets.

(b) they are promising to spend it on acquisitions. No guarantee that they will spend wisely.

This is now way under valued in my opinion.

52% of mkt cap in cash:

Densitron Technologies plc ("Densitron" or the "Group") today announces that it has disposed of its entire 24.48% shareholding in Evervision Electronics Co Ltd ("Evervision") to Everpower Investment Corp. Ltd and Forever Investment Corp. Ltd for consideration of £3.4 million in cash.

Blimey! Sounds very positive. Had these for years, since the tech boom, the only one still alive. I think i need share price of mid teens to get back in profit! Lucky im very patient. Surprised not a little more upwards movement, still, a few more years wont hurt !
( a dividend is brilliant, because i have no idea how many shares i still own!! )

Yes CR, it's all looking a lot better and I believe there is more to come, 12/24 months and you could double your money here.

Blimey, ahead of management expectations and back to paying a divi - even at the interim stage :-)

0.p divi in H1 must mean more than that in H2 - probably a 3% yield here.

More cash from Evervision too.

I also believe it's worth sticking with but think it may take 24 months to see the full potential.
