The following Interim Management Statement to Shareholders covers the period 
from 1 January 2010 to 19 May 2010. 
 
The Group's trading remains in line with management's expectations. 
 
As announced on 29 April 2010, the cancellation of the listing of Delta ordinary 
shares of 25p each ("Shares") on the UK Listing Authority's Official List and 
the cancellation of admission to trading of Shares on the London Stock 
Exchange's main market for listed securities will take effect or shortly after 
8.00a.m. (London time) on 28 May 2010.
