Board Changes
As previously announced, Sir Martin Jacomb is retiring as Chairman and leaving
the Delta Board and will be succeeded as Chairman by Edouard Stern with effect
from today.
Sir Martin first joined the Delta Board in 1993 and was appointed Chairman the
following year.
Commenting on today's announcement, the Board of Delta said:
"As Chairman, Sir Martin has made a significant contribution to Delta. The Board
has greatly valued his counsel over the years and we all thank him for his
contribution."
