Riders Are NOT HAPPY With The Pay! Is It Worth Working In The Daytime For Deliveroo And UberEats? |

Out from another market Australia , fail to beat competitors ? |
Oh dear, growth forecast reduced to be at the lower end in this loss making overvalued fluff. But you can look forward to break even in adjusted ebitda by the end of 2023 or maybe 2024. Just shut your eyes and forget that actually means they will still be loss making and jobs a good un. |
Energy and food only safe sectors at the moment and for some time to come, this recession hasn't even got going yet. Inflation, interest rates, negative growth.Perfect storm and the UK very slow is raising rates to tame inflation = longer term pain.Retailers, food delivery all the non essentials will get hammered turnover wise.Energy and food the only safe havens as regardless of economy THG et are always needed |
Dipped my toe in at 86p.I appreciate the business model with a recession here is not the greatest, but having been an employee of Dairy Crest the dairy business, their Milk and More business slowly developed and under Muller now it is expanding quickly. It always amazed me in affluent areas how much customers order through sheer laziness or convenience. Some people are price conscious and price sensitive, but a lot of people aren't and want deliveries. It's a speculative punt but it's from some big oil and tobacco profits. |

Agree. In times of plenty such companies thrive. However, when people tighten their belts certainly takeaways reduce normally and paying extra to get them delivered will be seen as even more of a luxury.Really depends upon how deep and how long the recession is.The shares have already dropped a lot since the float, but interesting to see whether will drop further towards 50p or stabilise at these levels. |

Took a load at 80 ish and 78....comfortable with those levels |
Another stock imo that will have problems -
You won't be paying large premiums for items for delivery when you can get them yourself - |
At 700p Asos is nowhere near its all time low; I remember being on the forum in 2004 when it was under 10p (sadly didn't buy any!). |
Fire sale / panic selling of stocks on Friday. Confidence in the future of consumer spending is very very low at present. Asos and Boohoo hit all time lows yesterday |
Nice 100k buy just gone through |
Took some on today's drop....good punt from here |
