Posted at 18/7/2019 10:52 by whiteshark1 Some of what you say is fact but we will probably disagree where this company is going. Its badly run, there is no excuse for posting late accounts, even more so twice. My experience is that they have little care for their private investors.I also question the value of their product. I was an investor and still follow but not sure I will ever re invest unless there is a change in the boardroom. My thought is that the will become junk stock at best bust at worst. |
Posted at 09/7/2019 18:01 by 5h4k35p34r3 wordog is right. The whitewash resolution is pertinent only to individual events, in this case, the previous act of making an open offer in April 2018 to provide further funding for DFX. It is not infinite and would need to be sought again if there were another open offer. So, the options appear to be: BVT making another open offer to invest further in DFX and increase its shareholding; BVT making a buyout offer, which may seem unlikely with them having previously avoided doing so, but could be more likely now that the cost of their buyout is now a fraction of what it was last year; administration which results in all investors losing their investments, including BVT who have made by far the largest investment, who also risk losing DFX's commercial and technical assets to another party. Plus, formal investigation of the BVT Directors by the administrators. |
Posted at 07/7/2019 18:29 by whiteshark1 they will probably be suspended for a couple of months now, genuine investors are locked in, if and when the continue trading, their shares will probably be worthless |

Posted at 24/4/2018 11:38 by wordog New shares aren't issued until Thursday (rather than initial date of today) so no dilution or flipping today, people are just vying for position, profit takers and new investors chancing it before the shares are issued and any forthcoming statement from BV Tech on Defenx 2020 strategy. |
Posted at 24/4/2018 06:50 by wordog inevitably people will take profits, just depends if theres enough demand for them to get snapped up by new investors taking position for the buy out. |
Posted at 23/4/2018 19:51 by wordog 62% of shares are in directors hands as of Thursday, including BV Tech and excluding IIs and other larger holders. Therefore, as of Friday less than 38% of shares are in free float, about 10.7mil shares maximum. That’s still not a huge amount up for grabs, if some get flipped then the orders will be fills with new investors hoping for a full take over. All in my opinion, exciting times. |
Posted at 23/4/2018 19:27 by cudmore This will open up and fresh investors will pile in imho. This is ripe for a takeover now at a big premium to today’s closing price. The profit takers are out imho and the wise ones are holding. |
