Another ath confounding those that have sold out thinking it can't go any higher. I'd be a buyer still as I buy strength but I would want it to digest this move first. Quite happy to sit through a 20-30% pullback to achieve that, if that is what is needed

From memory, similar commments were made when it was at about £30.00 or so if I recall correctly.

Incidentally, would be grateful for views on SPEC, a company I bought into recently. Think it could perform in a similar way to Dechra, that is: highly rated, high growth. SPEC is a relatively new public company and worth about £400m, compare it to EssilorLuxottica a competitor worth about E50 billion. I suspect SPEC will eat into EL's markets and grow accordingly.

Bought in 2017 at 1800. Only one serious pull back since then with results in Oct 18.
Apart from that this has kept delivering…..
Always expensive on a eps basis….but reassuringly expensive.
It seems too expensive to buy more at the moment…but it may never be cheaper in the future.
My strategy is to add to my holding over time.

Yes good tactics I feel the Dow and Footsie due for a big summer pullback, I think I will buy back cheaper if it happens.If not ok made a superb profit no complaints.

Yep I'm still holding a full sized position and I let my winners run until trend breaks, and with new highs there is no sign of that at the moment

I've held this stock since 2015 and regret selling some tranches of shares since then. It's highly rated, but the growth profile justifies the price. In the medium to long term it may be that pet ownership in Asia will become more and more popular and if this turns out to be the case it will drive more growth. I'm holding my remaining shares.
