01/10/2007 15:33 | Broker to broker for 17p, they know it's going down further. | drunker50
01/10/2007 15:28 | wish i could buy a few more, but wiped out my 10k trading limit today. average price 20p. must admit didnt think it would fall below 19. good luck to all that have got in today. Whats a block trade all about? | sdb1
01/10/2007 14:46 | .........ihavenoclue - well that's a difficult one, but would have thought that the business apart from the IVA's is worth around 30p per share. Only a guess though. Just think the fall could be way overdone. We shall see. | smelgy
01/10/2007 14:46 | I belive MM's have marked price down so when the bid comes in 30p+ people will be ready to accept. | double6
01/10/2007 14:38 | smelgy ... take a guess at the offer price then | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 14:29 | .......surely with a market cap of just over £5m they must be ripe for an opportunistic bid? | smelgy
01/10/2007 14:29 | ihavenoclue, thanks for the info. It's funny because I used the investors tab this morning OK, but now it is not working on any of my many PC's. MJ | mjcrockett
01/10/2007 14:17 | sdb1 - 1 Oct'07 - 10:19 - 2577 of 2604 last chance to buy at these prices!!! ==================== Or maybe not ... | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 14:02 | blether ... that's true .. maybe i should have held back on my buy .. oh well .. done now .. have to wait and see | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 14:01 | mjc ... i just tried ... the Investors tab worked fine for me | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 13:59 | I am looking to see if the company has ever published detailed terms for the deferred consideration for Loanmakers. They said at the time of the acquisition that there was up to £9m due within 24 months - some cash and some shares. There were no details of how the sum is calculated or what was the shares/cash split and most importantly now how the share price would be calculated. Anyone know anything? MJ | mjcrockett
01/10/2007 13:50 | I note that the 'Investors' tab on the Debtmatters web site has recently become inactive - is there something on there they do not want us to see. MJ | mjcrockett
01/10/2007 13:46 | ihavenoclue - Think it might be more painful for people who have just bought. People who have been holding for a while are probably just about past caring at this point - what's another 10p when they've already lost 90% or more of their investment? | bletherer
01/10/2007 13:40 | Duss .. i guess we will have to wait and see. You could well be right. I have seen some shares crash and then pick up the next day due to being over sold. IF DEBT does drop further tomorrow i have kept a bit back in the tank to average below 20p a share. So you feel it could drop to 10 - 14p tomorrow ? Very painful for people who have been holding for a while. Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 13:35 | ihavenoclue - as someone who watches car crash stocks for fun, I'd suggest when a stock drops 70% on day 1, day 2 leads to another 30 - 50% fall IMO of course. | dusseldorf
01/10/2007 13:35 | Nothing to do with MMs - any trade below the mid-price automatically shows as a sell on this system. Unfortunately if MMs are putting stock on offer below the mid-price that usually means they think it's going lower. | bletherer
01/10/2007 13:31 | My buy at 19.5p is showing as a sell ... ooo those MM's | ihavenoclue
01/10/2007 13:23 | Fees due from IVAs already written= £20m | mikejah
01/10/2007 13:15 | The price movement suggests those in the know already have an indicative offer on the table and it's not good. A sham really for all those holding prior to announcement, but enables some to get out before offer is tabled. | dusseldorf
01/10/2007 13:12 | Numis had a target of 120p and now 84p on AAZ. Where is it now.....13p!! | kevinlinus38
01/10/2007 13:00 | Does this say they have given DEBT a price target of 100p ? | sdb1
01/10/2007 12:23 | From the last accounts:- * #11.8m of turnover and #2.1m operating profit from acquisition generated in 9 1/2 months. My understanding is that this is non-iva business which is also growing at a decent rate so even without any iva's at all there seems to be significant potential here imho. | mrphil |
