Darktrace plc (DARK.L) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Paula Hansen, a Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee, will be stepping down from her role as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Alteryx, Inc on 3 July 2024, ahead of her appointment as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Docusign, Inc. (NASDAQ:DOCU) with effect from 5 August 2024.
