Management Update
Daisy Group plc (AIM:DAY), a leading provider of business communication and IT services, is pleased to announce that Neil Muller will join as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") in February 2015.
Daisy Group founder and CEO Matthew Riley will become Executive Chairman.
Neil is currently Computacenter's UK Managing Director, where he has worked for over 20 years. Neil's strong expertise in managed services will be instrumental to his role as Daisy CEO, in which he will focus on growth in the ICT space and managed services portfolio.
Matthew Riley, Chief Executive Officer of Daisy Group commented:
"We are delighted to be entering into a new stage of development and growth, following this week's announcement that the Management buyout offer for Daisy has been declared unconditional in all respects.
