Transaction in Own Shares
DMGT (“the Company”) announces that it purchased on 25 November 2015, through Numis Securities Ltd, 190,000 A Ordinary Non-Voting shares (A Shares) at an average price of 672.966 pence.
The lowest price paid was 658.00 pence and the highest price paid was 707.00 pence.
The shares were purchased pursuant to the Company’s share buy-back programme announced on 25 November 2015 and in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 4 February 2015.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 5,190,000 A Shares as treasury shares. The total number of A Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 337,876,342.
Cumulative purchases to date under the buy-back programme amount to approximately £1.3 million. This figure includes commission and stamp duty.
