Thanks, my thesis was that interest rates are not going to drop anytime soon, well certainly not meaningfully so they could be good buying....

Cons: high charges (2.4% OCF) plus presumably lower yielding on floating rate notes when interest rates start dropping.

Pros: obviously the 8%+ yield (currently) and relatively smooth share price?
