June 2022 Share Conversion
CVC Income & Growth Limited (the "Company") announces the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").
On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 31 May 2022 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 31 May 2022), the current conversion ratio, in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 1.275588 Euro Shares per Sterling Share.
The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 250,000 Sterling Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 318,897 Euro Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares will commence 30 June 2022. The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
