CLVR Pty Ltd placed in liquidation 
 
 
 Further to the announcement made on 19 May, 2010, the Company announces 
that earlier today in Perth, Western Australia, the Administrator of its 
wholly-owned subsidiary, CLVR Pty Ltd ("CLVR"), convened the Second Meeting of 
Creditors in accordance with the Corporations Act of Australia.  The creditors 
at the meeting resolved to take CLVR into liquidation, appointing Mr Cliff Rocke 
and Mr Brian McMaster of KordaMentha as liquidators. 
 
 As announced 
previously, the directors  of CustomVis have been  working closely with the 
Administrator and a number of  parties who have expressed an interest in the 
laser technology. CustomVis, being the largest creditor of CLVR and the owner of 
the majority of the intellectual property relating to the laser technology will 
work with the Liquidators to seek the best outcome for shareholders.
