                            Board Appointments



The Board of CustomVis plc, which designs and markets customised surgical laser
vision equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mukesh Jain as an
Executive Director and Harry Sykes as a non-Executive Director, with immediate
effect.



Dr Mukesh Jain has extensive experience in the laser eye surgery industry having
worked at both Telco Medical Technologies in Perth and Nidek Co Ltd of Tokyo
focusing on the development and sales of eye surgery technologies and products.
He began his career as Senior Scientific Office of the Indian Institute of
Technology in 1984.   Dr Jain, Executive Director, also takes up the role of
General Manager in Perth, Western Australia.



Harry Sykes is an entrepreneur who has successfully started, run and sold 5
separate telecoms businesses over the last 15 years.  He was involved in the
development of National Telecom, Telecom Technology International, Opt-Tel
Communications, Telefficiency and Telecom Plus.  He brings a broad spectrum of
experience and diverse contacts in the development of new technology-focused
companies to CustomVis.



There are no details to disclose in respect of paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the
Financial Services Authority's Listing Rules.
