CANCELLATION OF LISTING 
Culver Holdings plc ('Culver') announces that, as announced on 21 April 
2009 following the approval of the necessary resolution at a General Meeting of 
the Company and application being made to the UK Listing Authority for 
cancellation of listing of its ordinary shares of 25p each on the Official List 
and on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Listing"), the 
cancellation of Listing is expected to take effect from the opening of business,
